Mine Coal Production Component Modularity And Composite Service Mode Research

In recent years,China's coal industry,on the one hand,the coal into the intensified the trend of diversification of investment subject;Coal overcapacity on the other hand,countries for coal production safety requirements and control efforts,vigorously support the coal industry production mode reform.Highly specialized production requirements and production technology of mixed coal enterprises,the management level and the increasingly prominent contradiction between single profit model.This trend heralds the coal production enterprises need to transition to professional enterprises,realize the coal production specialization and diversified source of profits.Based on the perspective of system science,this paper based on the basic principle,components using WBS method for coal production and the whole business chain,including coal mine exploration,design,construction,mining,washing,transportation,marketing and other main link can decompose step by step,the whole business chain formed coal production component list as well as the foreign service component list.And from the perspective of the owner,service contractors,and third party service providers,the design is based on process,resource and knowledge modular system,three dimensions of components for the coal enterprise specialisation and coal production service laid a solid foundation.House on this basis,use quality tools,according to the different owners demand combined with the coal production chain of components and component modular design,to build a composite service way of the four types of basic coal production combination service mode,including general contracting and operation service contracting,consulting services and resources management.Finally by jin coal mine production operation mode of general contracting of case analysis,show that coal production combination service mode to a certain extent,to promote economic and social benefits,has the feasibility.
