Division of labor has been accompanied by the evolution of scientific and technological progress and economic development. In modern times, except the social division of labor and division of labor within the enterprise, the enterprise network division appeared. Enterprise networks division is between the social division of labor and division of labor within the enterprise division.It will change the old competitive situation,and make modern enterprise competitiveness show new trait. Deep research into division of the enterprise network will help China’s enterprises more effectively get into the international division of labor to improve their competitiveness. this article will study its main from-----intra-product labor division and modularity mechanism,and study the relationship beteween enterprise networks dibision and enterprise competitiveness.This article first reviews the research on intra-product labor division, modularity and enterprise competitiveness,then describes the related principle and how to dicide the value of modularity,on the basis of which,disscuss the mechanism to improve enterprise competitiveness by enterprise networks division. Finally,I will conclude this essay,and give the advice for our government to improve the competitiveness of our enterprise.First, for the well-known enterprise,they can build the virtual organization or stratedy cooperation with international company,gather their resources and technology into what they are good at and critical and high value added link,to become the leading enterprise.Through fully using nice and complementary resources with manufacturer contracters,they also can strenghen their own competitiveness.Second, for small and medium-sized enterprise,they should make good stratedy and cooperate with enterprise in and out our country positively.Due to the weak strength,they also can give consideration to oursource the non-core business and critical technology to other company,through attending the networks divison,quicken the step of the enterprise competitiveness by master "hiden knowledgy"Third, the intra-product labor division bases on the theories of comparative advantages and economies of scale. But this does not mean that a State that has the advantages of factor endowments will have advantages in intra-product labor division. In the process of attending into the intra-product labor division, our country should avoid being trapped into" pitfall of intra-product labor division".Fourth,the domestic module manufacturers (Module-maker) in the network should try their best to transfer to the designer and integrator, and in the value network of DIM, the members in the DIM should deal with the relationship in the competition in the product value chain in the same industry and cooperation of different value network in different industries.
