The Research On The Impact From The Network Embededness Of The Service Modularity Organization To The Enterprises’ Competitive Advantages

Network embeddness is increasingly attached importance to scholars as animportant research tool.Based on the perspective of the service modular organization,thisarticle researches how competitive advantage is affected by network embeddedness whichinclude relation embeddedness, structural embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness.Notonly direct impact on competitive advantage is involved but also the indirect effects oforganizational learning as an intermediary variable is researched too.I Validated theresearch problem by delivering questionnaires,and collect data to analysis.The Conclusionsare as follows:strong links of relation embeddedness is in favor of the form of the networkcapital and the embeddedness.Structural embeddedness have positive regulation of theexchange of personnel,Knowledge diffusion and Knowledge acquisitionperformance.Cognitive embeddedness have positive regulation to the competitiveadvantage of theservice modularity organization enterprise.In the perspective oforganizational learning,By strengthening the organizational code of conduct and theestablishment of theorganization shared vision,which belonged to the intermediary role oforganizational learning to strength relation embeddedness,thus to strength thecompetitive advantage of theservice modularity organization enterprise.By the way ofstrengthing the focus knowledges exchanging and information sharing of the Weak-linkenterprises between the organization and controling network density,at the same time,tobuild the bridges between "Structural holes" enterprises,we can strengthen the competitiveadvantages of the service modularity organization.Through the measures of build learningnetworks,strengthening the organization and environmental control and enhancingorganizational cohesion,cognitive embeddness can be enhanced which can enhancecompetitive advantages of the service modularity organization.
