Entrepreneurial spirit is considered to be the inner engine of the development of the enterprise and the nonphysical forces to incentive career success. It is important for sustainable development of contemporary enterprises and it has got more and more attention from scholars. Employees' job involvement is the other important research problem in the area of organizational behavior or human resources management.Based on the background of Chinese culture,this paper aims to study the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit which employees felt and their job involvement, and the moderating effect of trust issues in that.Data samples are from the questionnaire surveys to employees whose working palces set in Yangtze river economic belt in five cities.We choose the awareness of entrepreneurial spirit of their companies as the independent variable,employees' job involvement as the dependent variable and inner organizational trust as regulating variable. We use the method of factor analysis to divide entrepreneurial spirit into four dimensions: achivement-oriented,growth-oriented, responsibility-oriented, and innovation-oriented. The further research is to explore how four types of spirits affect employees' job involvement. This paper uses the methods of interview,questionnaire survey and hierarchical regression analysis,It is significant to give full play to the role of the employees in practice.Entrepreneurial spirit, as one of the most important situational factor in work places, affect both woking-attitude and behavior of employees. The empirical output shows that entrepreneurial spirits have significant positive influences on employee job involvement. It is also said that the more entrepreneurial spirit employees perceived, the higher level of employee job involvement will be. In details, achievement-oriented and responsibility-oriented entrepreneurial spirits have significant positive influence on energy,dedication and focus of employees. Growth -oriented and innovation-oriented entrepreneurial spirits just have significant positive influence on energy and dedication .Organizational trust moderates the relationship between the entrepreneurial spirit and job involvement positivily. Accordingly, we concluded that enterprises should improve the awareness of importance of entrepreneurs'faith education,draw a long-term vision,forster harmony corporate culture, establish reasonable evaluation system and implement personalized staff training to enhance the staffs personal qualities, degrees of entrepreneurial spirit and the level of trust in the organization, which help to improve employees' job performance. At the end of the paper,we also analyze the research'limitations and possible direction in the future.
