The Capability Of Knowledge-intensive Service In Makerspace Based On System Dynamics

As a type of innovation,crowd-innovation taking the advantage of Internet is developing rapidly around the world.Especially in China in which the present of crowd wisdom is notable,it will give an effect to the whole economic.This paper reviews a loss of Theories about Maker、System Dynamics crowd-creation、knowledge transform,and simulates the capability of knowledge-intensive service in Makerspace.By the literature search approach,this paper makes sure the guest should involve the theoretical basis of spatial knowledge service,and then the field investigation,do interviews,designed to test feasibility of theory,and according to the actual situation of the guest room,expansion of knowledge service factor.And then the preliminary system dynamics model is established.In order to verify and modify the model,has carried on the questionnaire survey,use Eviews to do multiple regression,excluding factors was not significant,and determine to keep factors influence coefficient.Then,the perfect model,get a guest for the final spatial knowledge service system dynamics model of influencing factors.And according to the existing literature and questionnaire results of multiple regression to determine the relationship between various factors in the model,and to determine the initial value.At last,the model simulation and scenario analysis.Model simulation results it is concluded that,in the next five years,the guest can significantly enhance its capability of knowledge service of the space,especially in the two years later.Scenario simulation part,this paper simulates the four cases in the guest room changes of the knowledge service ability.The author as a guest space to develop knowledge service ability put forward the following Suggestions.One is at an early stage by vigorously strengthen the informal communication,in order to improve the spatial knowledge processing capacity.The second is to enhance knowledge transfer ability.It can promote the ability of the knowledge service,because the increase of the knowledge transfer means that the flow of knowledge between the guest,make the knowledge of the distance between a guest is reduced.But at the same time also should pay attention to the knowledge of overload.Third,hardware and software facilities will continue to promote the knowledge service ability.Software facilities include open source software,and the internal information system.Hardware mainly includes some advanced precision instruments,such as 3 d printers and so on.Continuously updated and roles of the software and hardware will bring knowledge service ability of synchronous growth.Four is the government’s policy to promote the guest space of knowledge service.Because government policy can be in terms of money,equipment,and intellectual property,trademark registration etc for the passenger to reduce the threshold,encourage and entrepreneurship,and the stability of the guest at the same time also can reduce the flow of knowledge and so on.So although the impact of government policy than other factors,but also to its positive role in promoting.
