Clothing logistics center compared to other areas such as tobacco,medicine, books and other logistics center, its complexity is mainly manifested in its own particularity. Dress-goods is characteristic of obvious popularity and fashion, and the product life cycle is short.With user requirements tend to be baches and diversification, which makes the order of clothing distribution center become small quantity and large variety. The proportion of order-picking in the distribution center is increasing and it is the most time-consuming and labor-intensive operation. Picking, demolition of the labor force accounted for 80 percent of the distribution center. Therefore,improving the efficiency of order-picking is an effective way to improve logistics service level and operational efficiency and reduce logistics cost. This paper Adopts the research method of combining theory with practice,Taking a leisure brand clothing enterprise’s actual order data as the research object.In consideration of the different needs of peak days and ordinary days ,We choose the different picking strategy synthetically. This paper aims to propose an operational strategy of order-picking for garment enterprise distribution center .Firstly, Based on the research of order picking and sorting system’s theory,this paper do a detailed analysis and research of sorting system’s structure,including sorting unit, sorting information, sorting mode and sorting equipment.Combined with the characteristics of the clothing industry orders, this paper analyzed the four main factors that determine the choice of picking strategy.They are partitioning strategy, order segment, order batching and classification strategy.Secondly, this thesis applied EIQ combined with ABC analysis way in process of order-packing data from a leisure brand clothing distribution center,analyzed the EQ/IQ/EN statistical data and charts. In addition,The paper represented the order data in the form of visual chart in order to determine the order characteristics. Picking strategy is preliminarily determined from the four aspects of partitioning strategy, order segment, order batching and classification strategy. In the configuration of the sorting system equipment,this thesis applied Analytic Hierarchy Process to sorting equipment for quantitative analysis in order to to provide the basis for optimal scheme selection.Finally,the paper respectively simulates the strategies above bases on Flexsim software .Through executing the Flexsim models,the paper determines the optimal strategy under various conditions by comparing picking efficiency and capacity utilization rate.This paper aims to propose an operational strategy of order-picking for garment enterprise distribution center based on order data analysis.
