As the rapid development of economy, the competition between supply chain is more and more fierce. The way to allocate the profit of the supply chain may lead to internal competition which can cause the two sides suffered losses and even can affect the operation of the whole supply chain. In the supply chain coordination mechanism,as a kind of incentives, contract may lead a Pareto improvement which can optimize the supply chain under the premise of not damage the interests of a member.The bargaining mechanism research started relatively late, although the research of supply chain contract has been relatively mature. There is little literature about the combination of the contract and bargaining. However, the problem of the preference of bargaining mechanism and the allocation of profit between supply chain members can be solved with the combination of supply chain contract and bargain game which can make the enterprise in a dominant position in the competition.In the view of different alternative products, the study of this paper mainly on the different effect of the traditional supply chain contract based on the three kinds of bargaining mechanism. The paper proposes a basic model with a supplier and two manufactures and then we find the supply chain cannot be coordinated only by simultaneous negotiation, sequential negotiation or price matching negotiation. In order to get Pareto win-win, insurance contract, revenue sharing contract and sale rebate contract will be applied to the bargaining. Finally, we compare the different combination of the contract and the bargaining mechanism and find that the application of the contract can improve the supply chain performance effectively,which has a certain practical significance and application value...
