Research On Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism Based On Supply Chain Contract

In the supply chain management, managing logistics, information, money of supply net composed of supplier, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer and customer is a very hard task. In face of complex system, the cooperation on space and time in supply chain is becoming more difficult. How to cooperate the relation among the code enterprises, how to improve benefit of supply chain, how to achieve sharing revenue and risk and so on, all is becoming an important research issue in field of supply chain management. As a effectual solution, supply chain contract has been drawing much attention from the researchers more and more.Based on former research, the paper researches supply chain contract which is a tool of cooperation. Coordination mechanism is explored in a supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer. Firstly, the paper discusses the coordination mechanism from basic theory of supply chain and its management. Based on some involved theories, the paper depicts the supply chain contract on concept, style, research status and so on, and gives a general model of supply chain contract that could cooperate supply chain by newsvendor model. Then, the paper detailedly analyzes supply chain contract coordination mainly about necessity, function, essence. Thirdly, the paper emphatically discusses the role of revenue-sharing contract in the coordination mechanism, which lucubrates this contract by standard newsvendor model in three situations about demand which are stochastic demand, price-sensitive demand, retailer sale-effort dependent demand, and the research result indicates the revenue-sharing contract is a well-behaved cooperation tool and could improve the performance of supply chain. Finally, in order to accord with truth situation much more, the supply ability of manufacturer is introduced into model. By the model with finite supply ability, the paper discusses the effect of cooperating by tradition supply chain contract, and a mutual incentive mechanism between vendor-purchaser enterprises is designed to coordinate supply chain.
