In recent years, MOOC has swept the world and developed rapidly in the traditional higher education, attracting a large number of learners to participate in. This influence now spreads to business training areas,leading some domestic and foreign enterprises to explore the application.But MOOC learning situation is not promising, as witnessed in the high drop-out rates and low pass rates. Considering that learners are the center of MOOC, focusing on learners' subjective feelings and then exploring the main factors that affect the learning satisfaction are contributed to provide references for solving the above problems.This paper studies the main factors that affect MOOC learning satisfaction, taking user-generated online reviews as the raw materials,and builds a theoretical framework based on grounded theory, which is a typical qualitative research method. Through gathering and analyzing the online reviews of 21 courses from 9 MOOC platforms in "MOOC College",this paper constructs a theoretical framework taking the"subject - object" as the main line. The main logic of the framework is that subject factors and object factors impact learning satisfaction in a direct way and environment generates an indirect impact. Learner satisfaction shows as two aspects: learning gains, feedback and promotion.The subject factors include learner psychological factors and learner competence factors. The object factors include course, teacher,interaction and platform. Environment factor refers mainly to the external evaluation.This paper also gives an explanation to the theoretical framework through analyzing structure of relationship among different concepts.With specific cases and text contents, this paper reveals the causal link between different factors and MOOC learner satisfaction. Besides,combined with previous research, discussion and analysis on the result are given based on the respect for the raw materials.Finally, according to the results of the analysis, this paper presents some revelations and suggestions for the enterprise MOOC, these include strengthening the promotion of MOOC, constructing the curriculum system oriented by performance, designing curriculum essential factors based on on-the-job learning characteristics, team operation and taking both the ability and attitude into account when selecting lecturers,concerning about the functions and activities with interactive feature, as well as focusing on platform infrastructure and results certification.
