Catering consumption is the main component of social consumption in any era.And small enterprise to be in a forest of catering sector catering culture root,it must be in the consumer population,on the basis of clear goal,continuously develop and improve customer satisfaction,and improve enterprise competitive power and expand the scale of the enterprise management.Based on the public comments on the net the Changsha area 20 small catering cultural enterprises and more than 30000 comments as the research basis,in accordance with the research method of grounded theory,in turn,open coding,selective coding and theoretical coding,in coding phase extract 47 open concept,summed up the 23 vague category;On this basis,from fuzzy to clear,from the broad to the careful thinking,analysis of mutual relationship between the main category,build the: "meal needs-dining expectations-core food-services-postprandial evaluation" influencing conceptual model;And shall be carried out in accordance with the different kinds of food and beverage business to its core influence customer satisfaction analysis in detail,finally extract include companies such Chinese food,western food companies,beverage companies,and key factors for pastry enterprise customer satisfaction.On this basis,combining with the characteristics of Changsha small catering culture enterprise management,the local consumption habits for cultivation and promotion strategy put forward targeted customer satisfaction: Chinese cultural enterprises need to reduce consumers expect poor health conditions,improving consumers' life experience.Western culture enterprises set up the customer sharing supervision mechanism,select the location of the shop,reduce the inconvenience of transportation,and improve the customer satisfaction.Beverage culture enterprises should strengthen humanistic construction,strengthen their own quality,and create a personalized environment to cater to consumers' consumption needs.Pastry enterprises need to keep pace,with the aid of public share,carry out a variety of sales model,introduced door-to-door delivery service mechanism,build a consumer consumption process of "from the fingers to the palm of your hand".
