In the knowledge economy times,human resource has become the strategic resource of enterprises.Among numerous factors affecting the human resources,the compensation system is very important.It is an effective way of helping the company to reach the established strategic target,and perfect compensation system is a powerful factor in small and medium-sized enterprises to attract and encourage the innovation of science and technology talents.Compensation system targeted to develop with a complete set of scientific salary the system of enterprise’s development,has become a key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper takes JRD company as the research object,and analyzes the salary system,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures by means of literature research,investigation and research,quantitative and qualitative analysis.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper makes a deep analysis on the theory of salary and salary management,which lays the theoretical foundation for this paper.Secondly,it studied the employee satisfaction through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,in order to evaluate the company’s existing salary system and find out the enterprise employees’ views on the existing salary system.Then the salary system of JRD company’s problems are summarized.According to the principle of optimization of salary system and through the com pany’s internal and external environment as well as job analysis and other preparatory work fo r the company,this paper optimizes salary systems that complies with company strategy syste m.Finally,supporting measures are brought up for attracting and retaining talents and enhancing the support of human resources for the enterprise development strategy.
