At present,the global economy is in the stage of rapid development,and the logistics industry is still a new industry.The development is not stable and mature.Therefore,in the extremely fierce competition,companies should pay enough attention to the management of human resources,so that employees recognize the value of their own existence,so as to retain useful personnel.Performance management is also one of the core contents of human resources.Through the performance management,the enterprise can accomplish its strategic goal and improve the brand influence of the enterprise.XX logistics company is a national 5A-level logistics enterprise.The company is in large-scale expansion,and the number of employees is also increasing.The requirement for performance management is also improving.Therefore,the company needs to set up a new performance management system that meets both its management requirements and employee interest requirements according to the existing scale and its future development direction.This paper first summarizes the basic theories of logistics companies and performance management,introduces the characteristics of logistics companies and the basic processes and common methods of performance management.At the same time,it introduces the status of domestic and foreign employees' performance management.Secondly,this paper investigated the current situation of performance management of XX logistics company by questionnaires and interviews,and finded out the existing problems.In view of the existing problems and combined with the strategic goal of XX logistics company,this paper used the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators to establish performance indicators of company level,department level and staff level,and used AHP to determine the weight of each index.Finally,this paper re-designed and re-optimized the entire staff performance management process of XX logistics company,to build a set of perfect employee performance management system.The main innovation of this paper is to combine the current performance management methods of enterprises with the characteristics and management features of logistics to find out the performance management methods that have had a positive impact before and to combine them with some new performance management ideas and methods that Suit for the development of the company,to develop a set of standardized and rational and procedure of performance management system.In addition,this paper also proposed supporting measures to ensure that the company's performance management can proceed smoothly,while providing reference for other logistics enterprises in the performance management of employees.
