Many private enterprises had a quick development with resort to nimble management mechanism, keen market judgment, technical and talented person's value in recent years. However with the enlargement of the enterprise scale, the management efficiency decrease and the aggravation of phenomenon of talents loss were caused by the hysteresis of human resource management system, especially for the deficiency of employee performance evaluation system. Although many private enterprises had realized the importance of business performance and development strategy implementing by evaluation of employee performance, some problems were revealed by employee performance evaluation, such as lacking scientific choice of performance index, emphasizing short-term benefit unilaterally, separating the developmental strategy, effecting enterprises sustainable development ability, the function of employee performance evaluation system can not play adequately. This paper chose Y Corporation as the typical representative corporation.Taking Y Corporation as the research object, a comprehensive study was carried on employee performance evaluation system about Y Corporation in this paper. Firstly, this text expounded the selected topic background, the research contents and methods, the theory and popular tools of performance evaluation. Secondly, it used the questionnaire survey and the interview method to feel out the employee performance evaluation on Y corporation, and gave solving methods and thinking on existing problems. Finally, we used The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Key Performance Indicator(KPI) theory to establish the index base of performance appraisal of employees,used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of index, and we established a completed system of employee performance evaluation for the Y corporation finally. The research of this paper played strong practicability and pertinence on improving the level of Human Resource Management and implementing the development strategic target of the company.The research methods and results showed that this paper provide reference function to other domestic enterprises in our country.
