Study On The Risk Assessment Of Ship Finance Leasing In China Shipping Company

In recent years, with the international economic environment changes, the development of the shipping market and government-related policies, China's ship finance leasing industry has shown a rapid development trend. By the end of 2015,China's total number of financial leasing enterprises,the total number of registered capital leasing enterprises and financial leasing enterprises have a relatively large increase in the total output.Ship finance leasing business process involves the financial industry and shipping industry two high-risk industries,so the enterprise have higher risk of ship finance leasing. China's ship finance and leasing industry develop rapidly, but there are still a big gap between China's finance leasing companies and developed countries in terms of many aspect. These gaps bring risks to the ship finance leasing of shipping enterprises directly or indirectly,which limits the development of China's ship finance leasing industry. In addition, in the aspect of ship finance leasing risk prevention and control,China's related enterprises lack of perfect prevention and control mechanism and response measures,which will have a certain impact on China's ship leasing industry.This paper from the perspective of leasing companies to carry out research,First of all,this paper studies the theory and current situation of the extreme risk of ship finance leasing. Secondly, we analyze the risk evaluation index of ship finance leases and establish the risk evaluation index system of ship finance leasing. Thirdly, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative indicators in the index system, we choose a qualitative and quantitative method, and establish a risk evaluation model of ship finance leasing based on the entropy weight method-TOPSIS-gray correlation model.And then, combining with the specific ship finance leasing project of the shipping enterprise, the risk evaluation of several selected shipping enterprises is carried out.Finally, this paper puts forward the measures to prevent and control the risk of ship finance leasing,so as to provide some references for ship finance leasing institutions.
