Research On Led Lighting Supplier Selection Based On Entropy Weight Grey Relational Analysis

With the increasingly fierce market competition environment,the rapid development of information technology.The competition relationship under the big market environment is no longer the competition among individual enterprises,nor the local regional competition,but the chained and globalized competition relationship.In order to adapt to the competition of the new situation,the enterprises in the supply chain begin to establish cooperative partnership actively.The idea of supply chain management is paid more and more attention by enterprises.Suppliers are the source of supply chain.Scientific selection and evaluation of suppliers is an important link of supply chain management,and supply chain cooperation can be smoothed.The basis for profit.Through scientific selection and evaluation of suppliers,enterprises can select the most suitable suppliers to establish long-term stable cooperative relations,thereby improving the overall competitiveness.Therefore,the study of supplier selection and evaluation is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper adopts literature research method,on-the-spot investigation method and qualitative and quantitative analysis method.First,the rapid development of supply chain management and the explosive growth of LED lighting enterprises are analyzed.At the same time,based on the existing research results at home and abroad,the supply chain management and supplier selection are studied and analyzed.On the premise of following the basic principles of supplier index selection,the supplier evaluation index system of LED lamps is constructed,and then the qualitative and quantitative analysis of various supplier selection is made through comparison.Combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,and combining the characteristics of LED lamps,the model based on the entropy weight grey correlation analysis method is selected to study.Finally,based on their own jobs,the selection of LED lamp suppliers of G Company is analyzed and verified.And summarize and prospect this paper.
