Coal Logistics System Optimization Research Of JN Group Based On The IOT Background

As the main primary energy in China,coal is still at the dominant position of the energy structure.Nevertheless,the shortage of coal resources and higher demand are localized in eastern and southern regions of China such as "Yangtze river delta " economic zone,"pearl river delta " economic zone,Hunan,Hubei and Jiangxi.Shanxi Province has the largest storage of coal in China.Besides,the exports,transportation,and the associated sales of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province have been well-developed,therefore,the coal-logistics has a broad prospect in coal marketing.However,coal market has currently dropped into a weak stage due to lower demand,the impact of coal-import,and the cost and pressure of environmental protection.The entire coal industry in massive losses.Along with the cost of coal production nearly reduce to a low-limitation,the cost of logistics attracts extensive attentions which takes almost forty percent of the coal-price.It becomes the priority of numerous coal enterprises to reduce the costs and improve the efficiency of logistics which needs to establish logistics system with integrated,networked and intelligent in Shanxi Province.It provides new opportunities for the coal enterprises to develop coal-logistics,tap logistics potential,and explore new breakthrough points of profit growth.This paper attempts to take the Internet of things(referred to as “IOT”)as a breakthrough point,to study the coal logistics development of JN Group.By analyzing its external macro environment,overall environment,internal advantage,and disadvantage of coal industry,this work will improve the understanding of opportunities and challenges that JN Group has been facing during developing the coal logistics business.The paper starts from the existing internet applications in the coal logistics business of the group.By the introduction and development of new technology of IOT,the information highway of business data transmission with four levels will be built of the group,municipal company,national company and coal transmit station.It can strengthen the network between related departments of group,municipal company and county company.By improving the information management platform of coal logistics,proposing the establishment of intelligent procurement,transportation,sales subsystem,the data should be collected accurately in the procurement,transportation and sales subsystem.To effectuate the information sharing in all aspects of the coal logistics supply chain,and make the development of the coal logistics more integrated,networked and intelligent.To put forward reasonable suggestions combining with the development of the IOT from the system reform,infrastructure,capital investment and personnel training,etc.It provides safeguard measures of modern coal logistics system in JN Group based on the IOT.Finally,by reducing logistics cost and improving the efficiency of logistics,it could modernize logistics management and lay a solid foundation of innovative development of JN Group.This paper can setup the baseline for the development of coal logistics business and further modern logistics system for coal enterprises in Shanxi Province eventually.
