The Study Of Logistics Information Platform Construction For The Coal Based On The Supply Chain

The logistics development of coal industry in China is still in the exploratory stage,plenty of coal enterprises have realized the important influence of the modern logistics of coalindustry, trying forming a strategic alliance of logistics enterprises, strengthening thecommunication with coal enterprises, improving their own logistics information system.While, the improvement of the internal information system, could not solve problems aboutcommunication between the supply chain and coal enterprises, coal enterprises in the supplychain still can’t share information, and use integration of resources to effectively reducelogistics cost; In addition, the development of the coal logistics information lagged, alsoaffects the development of coal industry electronic commerce. The coal industry, therefore,needs to have a logistics information platform, which can achieve the coal supply chainlogistics information centralized management, facilitate supply chain logistics informationtransfer and sharing, make the coal enterprise in the supply chain can communicateeffectively, lay a foundation for the informatization development of coal industry.In this paper, having analyzed the related literature at home and abroad, and according tothe actual demand of coal logistics industry development of the logistics information platform,combined with coal supply chain, coal logistics and coal logistics information platformtheory, analyzes the current situation of coal logistics information platform and the necessityof construction of information platform, then puts forward the steps and contents of the coallogistics information platform construction; Combined with the coal logistics in northernshaanxi and coal informationization development at present,analyzing the principle and goalof coal logistics information platform construction, then works out the design of informationplatform of demand function system; Combined with the characteristics of coal in thenorthern shaanxi, choosing the suitable functional factors of coal logistics informationplatform of shanbei, which runs through the supply chain theory, then puts forward the overallplanning scheme of shanbei coal logistics information platform. Using the entropy weightfuzzy comprehensive analysis method to evaluate information platform, analyzes theevaluation results, and finally, from the information platform of information collection,information sharing, funding sources, analyzes the possibility of platform`s implementation.
