| This thesis firstly introduces the basic concept of modern logistics, proposes the conception of coal enterprise logistics system, and divides it into four kinds: production logistics system, supply logistics system,assistant logistics system and retail logistics system. Then by the present research situation in this domain, the author points out that the study of logistics management system on coal mine is the objective request for coal enterprise in our country to realize modern management.Secondly ,by the analysis of the present situation on coal mine supply logistics, based on the theory of organization and agent, the author establishes the promotion distribution mode in supply logistics system and appraises it with direct economic efficiency and the indirect economic efficiency, proposes the basic thought and method to reduce the cost of supply logistic.Thirdly, in the coal distribution logistics system, it transforms the coal storage and transport system for the third-part logistics enterprise, widely uses internet, computer and EDI and so on, merges logistics information flow, fund flow into one organic whole, thus makes the distribution logistics cost minimum.Finally, the article discussed and studied on the feasibility of coal enterprises to implement the logistics information system , and did an empirical study combined with the Dianping coal mine of Lüliang Shan coal-fired electricity companies distribution model and the application of information technology. |
