Research On Railway Logistics Enterprise's Cooperation Model Based On Whole Process Logistic Service

Focus on development of railway logistics enterprises has become inevitable trend of railway modernization transformation in our country. From the current development of railway logistics enterprises in China, they are difficult to provide whole process logistics in the true sense. The problem of the current railway logistics development needs to be solved by the lack of clear cooperation, unreasonable interest distribution and lack of effective coordination.Therefore, based on the present situation and development trend of the railway logistics enterprises, this paper analyzed the connotation and characteristics of whole process logistics. And from the market analysis, discussed the trend of whole process logistics and the existing problems, put forward to discuss cooperation pattern corresponding to the railway logistics enterprises, set up the reasonable profit distribution method, set up coordination mechanism.Based on the above study, this paper puts forward three cooperation modes, namely the cooperation mode based on contract, the cooperation mode based on equity, the cooperation mode based on merger and acquisition. In addition, propose different profit sharing modes of cooperation modes, constructed revenue-sharing contract model for coordination from the perspective of Stackelberg game, and validates the model through examples. Finally, on the premise of whole process logistics, this paper analyzed the coordination mechanism of railway logistics enterprises, designed three coordination mechanism from relationship coordination, interest coordination, and information coordination to ensure the stability of railway logistics enterprises and the effective operation of whole process logistics.
