Study On Revenue Sharing Problem Of X Railway Bureau And Third-party Logistics Company

With the development of China’s integrated transport system, highways,aviation and other modes of transport are growing rapidly, the share of railway intransportation market decreased. After China’s accession to WTO, the freightmarket is fully liberalized, large number of foreign logistics companies to enterChina’s logistics market, the fierce market competition has caused tremendouspressure to Chinese railway freight. The Railway Administration is activelyreform to meet the challenges from all sides, and strive to transform into modernrailway logistics.That said, this paper selects X Railway Bureau as the research background,X Railway Bureau proposed third-party logistics enterprises to build logisticsservice supply chain (LSSC) through cooperation, in order to avoidingdisadvantages and to enhance the core competitiveness of both companies.In view of the X Railway Bureau and the third party logistics enterprise ofsupply chain cooperation profit allocation, this paper constructed centralizedcontrol model, wholesale price contract model and revenue-sharing contractmodel for coordination, through the comparison between models, the revenuesharing contract can make the X Railway Bureau and the third party logisticsenterprise logistics service supply chain to achieve the best overall state.Compared with the wholesale price contract, this contract can achieve theimprovement of Pareto. Finally, this paper uses the existing data of X RailwayBureau, analysis of the three models introduced previously by setting thereasonable parameters, further validate the effectiveness of revenue-sharingcontract in the supply chain in the distribution of cooperative interests, and according to the conclusion of the study on the X Railway Bureau of theimplementation of revenue sharing contract coordination method and put forwardreasonable suggestions.
