A Research On Elite Participation In Management Of Agricultural Industrialzation

Agricultural is the foundation of a country.Developing management of agricultural industrialization is one of the effective ways to build a new socialist countryside,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture and increase farmers' income.In the management of agricultural industrialization,the operator,which is responsible for leading the development of new agriculture business entity,is the key factor determining the success of participation in the market competition for the new agriculture business entity.According to the practical development of agricultural industrialization in China,this thesis,based on the researches and studies on four new agriculture business entities,describes and analyses the agricultural industrialization process in which elite plays an essential role from the “Process-Event Analysis” perspective.The rapid development of new agriculture business entity,is mainly driven by the government,urban-rural capital and the new rural reconstruction faction.Depending on the interaction of the three forces,the new agriculture business entity have been building and booming,which is the first step for elite to participate in the agricultural industrialization.The author discusses the elite's specific works respectively in the productive process and circulation process of agricultural industrialization by analyzing multiple roles who participate in the agricultural industrialization.With the external “setting and props” and the inner behaviors and qualities,these elites present multiple roles facing different partners in different fields,and ensure themselves participate in the process of agricultural industrialization.As such,we make great achievements and development in agricultural industrialization field,which have a profound and significant influences on the rural society's original political structure,cultural life,interpersonal relationship and rural urbanization.Therefore,the country and society also recognizes the elite individual value.In a word,the elite plays a significant role in management of agricultural industrialization.Hence,it will be of practical and theoretical significance to attach great importance to the study on these related problems of elites' participation in the agricultural industrialization.It's not only an useful supplement to the elite theory,but also promote effectively the development of agricultural industrialization and agricultural modernization in our country.
