The Research And Application Of Project Quality Performance Analysis System Of DTM Xi'an Branch

In the research and development of communication equipment,the quality of product development is the key factor to determine the life and death of enterprise products and market competitiveness.However,with the development of enterprises to undertake more and more projects,product cost and scale is growing,making quality performance is difficult to monitor,so the communication R&D industry in the project management is facing a huge challenge.My company is based on mobile communications equipment as the leading products of large R&D enterprises,the use of product R&D management IBM/Microsoft and other companies a variety of quality control and project management software.With the continuous improvement of the level of the overall management of the company and the updating of the information system,isolated product data cannot provide complete and effective management,,it is difficult to achieve the project collaborative management,lead to company management,integrated project quality performance data statistics analysis difficult,low efficiency,time lag,which seriously affected the efficiency of performance management of enterprises,leading enterprises can't be on the quality of products R&D do objective and accurate feedback and control,decision making can't keep pace with changes in the market.Therefore,the enterprise management department has realized:to achieve the objective and efficient management of project quality performance data,it is an important factor to keep the enterprise in the future competition.Through of DTM Xi'an Branch of quality performance data management present situation analysis,on quality performance data management methods of exploration and research,analysis model based on quality performance data is presented in this paper,design and development of the A to the storage,management and analysis of the information management system of quality performance data,the main content as follows:1)Based on the analysis of the current situation of the quality performance data management,and put forward the urgent demand of the enterprise itself.2)To explore and study the management method of quality performance data,form the overall technical scheme that is suitable for the enterprise.3)Oriented integrated product development,design and implement a multidimensional,integrated data analysis model.4)The design and implementation of a quality performance data for storage,management and analysis of integrated quality performance information management system.5)Through the successful application of the system in the enterprise,the model and the platform operating norms,etc.Through this article research results in our practice development and application,we promote the company management efficiency improvement,reduce the cost of R&D management,promotes the innovation of quality and performance management methods,for the continuous improvement of the quality of the enterprise has accumulated valuable experience.
