Optimization And Practice Of Labor Organization Structure In W Gas Production Plant

As a high quality and clean energy source,natural gas plays an indispensable role on energy composition in present world.Especially in recent years,natural gas industry has entered a rapid development period for diverse factors such as the optimization of energy consumption structure,reduction of environmental pollution and alleviation of oil crisis,etc.Besides,global demand for natural gas now has far exceeded the coal and oil.Meantime,domestic demand is at an annual rate of 8% leading the world.As known to all,CQ oilfield is undertaking a historical mission to build Western Daqing,which is an important base of oil and gas production in China.Actually,traditional pattern of labor organization structure and operation mode of production have been unable to meet the need of the production and development in gas field because the international oil and gas price remains lowering,competition between internal and external is growing as well as the influence of CNPC's policy called Three Controls One Standard,Lower the cost-Higher the profit,Delicacy management,etc.Therefore,how to keep development steady and sustainable,how to obtain best benefit at the same time to complete production task,are the biggest challenges which CQ oilfield is facing in increasingly complex environment.Gas Production PlantW,one of the main gas production branches in CQ oilfield,is relatively independent in terms of production operation and management.While,contradiction has emerged gradully such as high stress of steady pruduction and HSE,staff tension,high cost as well as managemengt trouble,along with the expansion of gas production,extension of development cycle and changes of the internal and external environment.So,only speeding digitizing construction by improving digital technology and promoting digital managemeng,turning concept from emphasis constructing to application deeply,optimizing the organization process and new labor organization mechanism to match digitizing management continuously,can realize the sustainable development of Gas Production Plant W.Firstly,this article has analyzed W's status of labor organizational framework and production operation mode and introduced the foundation of labor organization structure optimization.Secondly,optimization project of labor organization constrction and new type of labor organization structure under digitizing management mode by contrasting method have been proposed.Meanwile,it has been summaried that the main results will be obtained with new type of labor organization structure.Besides,in order to ensure steady operation of new type of labor organization structure,aseries of measures have also been suggested.Finally,W's some successful experience and management method of organization structure optimization in the digital management have been systematically summarized and analyzed which have put forward the idea of a continuous improvement for transformation of development style and realization change from traditional industrialization to modern management and also provided the experience of digital management among the same enterprises.
