Study On Organization Structure Optimization Of HD Group

After the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,China has entered a new stage of comprehensively deepening reform.State——owned enterprises is an important component of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,and the backbone of the national economy,so the reform of state——owned enterprises is an important part of comprehensively deepen reform of our country.In recent years,the fact that the organization structure design is not adapt to the requirement of the external environment and the need of the development of the enterprise has exposed.HD group,as one of the largest power equipment base in China,is facing the external environment that economic development of our country enters the new normal,and the power has excessed,needs for power equipment has further narrowed,so optimizing organizational structure has become inevitable.Taking HD group as a research object,this paper analyzes the design of organization structure.First,this paper introduces the research purpose and meaning of the research,and reviews the relevant theories of organization structure system.Then by comparing several kinds of organization structure forms,as well as to carding the related theory,this paper takes the contingency theory as the theoretical basis.In the part of case analysis,by comparing HD group with the domestic outstanding enterprises as Shanghai electric and Dong Fang electric in the organization structure,the whole organization mode,and the positioning of the headquarters of the group,this paper analyzes management problems in strategic,human resource,procurement,marketing,scientific research and other business aspects,and points out that function orientation and the current control mode of the headquarter of HD group is not clear,thentry to find the main reason.Then,this paper which includes suggestions about functions and responsibilities of the HD group headquarters,and overall organization structure optimization suggestion,etc.On this basis,the influence factors of the optimization organizational structure of HD group are analyzed in terms of macro environment,industrial environment and internal development strategy.An optimal design scheme for the organization structure of HD group is presented.First,this paper determines the principle of optimization of organizational structure,and then according to the contingency theory,repositions the HD groupheadquarters functions,gives suggestions on the longitudinal hierarchy and responsibilities,duties of the headquarters,capital operation,resource management,performance management and operational coordination center.This paper hopes that the research can do favor to the organization structure optimization of HD group,accelerating its reform and enhancing the competitiveness.Provide a useful reference for similar organization optimization.
