Organization and management is the important content of enterprise management, is an important guarantee for the development of enterprises, a good organization can improve the decision efficiency of an organization, but also allows companies to reduce the risk and improve the enterprise’s competitiveness. Therefore, when changes in the market environment, enterprises should also be changed along with the changes in the market environment, organizational change and innovation is an effective way to improve the adaptability of enterprises, organizational change is the eternal theme of enterprise development.In this paper through the review of the theories of organizational change, modern organizational change, organizational change factors, and factors of organizational change, organizational change, and time were studied. This paper to HW international freight agency enterprise as the research object, aiming at the main problems of HW company the organization exists proposed practice scheme of organizational change. The through interviews, sample surveys and other research methods, the HW international freight forwarding enterprise management major at present launches the analysis, take the market demand as the starting point, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for organizational change target, through the analysis of the current status and problems of currently existing proposed organizational reform scheme of HW company.This paper puts forward that the international freight forwarder enterprise can make the enterprise come out of the crisis through the way of the enterprise management crisis.. Through demonstration and research of HW international freight agency enterprise organizational change program to verify the crisis of enterprises can through the organization change the important way can get out of the management dilemma hypothesis. Through empirical research on the organization of HW international freight forwarding enterprise, we will provide reference and help for the international freight forwarding industry enterprises in the new situation of organizational change.
