In the context of deteriorating global environment and shortage of resources,the extensive development of “high pollution,high emissions and high consumption” has seriously affected human survival.Developing green technology and implementing green transformation can cope with environmental problems and achieve social sustainability which are the inevitable choice for development.The arrival of the era of knowledge economy means that competition among countries is the competition for technological innovation.Only by improving the ability of independent innovation and occupying the commanding heights of “green technology” in the new round of economic growth of “green low carbon”,we can achieve sustainable economic development.In today's world,the synergy model of science and technology has become the trend of the times.The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is most promising to be the most influential technological innovation highland in the world.It is also urgent to find new economic support points in the context of national development and transformation.In this context,through the Analysis of the spatial pattern of green technology innovation and the evolution of cooperation networks in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,seeking a collaborative innovation path for the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,creating a Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration with sustainable development and creativity,and promoting the integration of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration Construction has important practical significance.Based on the theory of regional spatial structure and the theory of regional innovation system,this paper sorts out the research results related to green technology innovation,and obtains a total of 214,050 green patent big data samples from 2000 to 2016 in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,and analyzes the development status and spatial distribution pattern of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,by using the joint application patents to analyze the green technology with social network analysis methods,and innovate the topology of the network and explore the relationship between the relevant green technology cooperation subjects.Finally,from the perspective of spatial structure,this paper explores the relationship of the city as the main body of innovation.The content of this paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter combs the related concepts,theories and research progress;the third chapter enters the empirical link and studies the spatial pattern evolution of the green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration;The chapter mainly discusses the time and space pattern of the green technology cooperation network of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration;the last chapter is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.In summary,this article has the following main findings:(1)The overall green innovation space of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is unevenly distributed,but the difference is gradually small,the concentration is decreasing,and it has gradually stabilized in recent years.The “Z” green innovation zone of Hefei-Nanjing-Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo has begun to form;(2)Pollution control and governance has the highest number of green patent applications in the seven technical fields of alternative energy,energy conservation and emission reduction,green agriculture/forestry,green management,nuclear power generation,green transportation and pollution control and governance in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,followed by the field of alternative energy and energy saving and emission reduction technologies.The differences and concentration of innovation in different areas of green technology have declined,and the respective agglomeration trends are quite different;(3)In the Yangtze River Delta green technology innovation network,from the perspective of topology,the modular features are prominent,and the trend toward the network center and network edge group is developing rapidly,and the newly generated network group tends to be free from the central group of the network.From the perspective of innovation subjects,private enterprises have gradually become more important green technology innovation subjects.The cooperation between enterprises and enterprises,enterprises and universities and research institutes is the most important form of innovative cooperation;(4)From the perspective of the spatial structure of the Yangtze River Delta innovation network,cross-border cooperation and exchanges in the Yangtze River Delta region are increasingly intensive,with Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou-Suzhou and various provincial capitals such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration,the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations,and the Wuchang urban agglomeration gradually formed close knowledge exchange channels.
