Current Situation Analysis And Countermeasures Of Industrial Injury Prevention In Iron And Steel Enterprise

Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements, so the discourse right has become more and more important in the world economic structure. In recent years, the iron and steel enterprise as a typical production enterprise has become the pillar of our country's economy. However, with the continuous improvement of the social industrialization, industrial accidents are inevitable. Because of the high temperature, noises, harmful gases, more lifting operation and other risk factors, the occurrence of accidents is higher than other works, so the production safety problems and precautions of occupational accidents of enterprise become more and more prominent.Meanwhile, the social security system construction of China has entered a new stage,which is the improvement of the system, he injury insurance system has just entered the initial stage of comprehensive system construction. So we must accelerate the construction of the industrial injury insurance system, which contained industrial injury prevention,compensation and rehabilitation which called 'three-in-one', in order to reduce the occurrence of accidents of iron and steel enterprises properly, and help to the prevention of industrial accidents play a supporting role, in order to adapt to the new situation of social economic development.Based on literature research and comparative analysis methods, and make full use of social security related concepts and related theories of industrial injury insurance, this paper collected and analyzed the data of industrial injury insurance of domestic and foreign in iron and steel enterprises, and make clear of the questions of development of industrial injury prevention research on sorting, and the problems of injury prevention of China's iron and steel enterprises. After undergoing the research and analysis on the problems in-depth, the reasons of the iron and steel enterprises in our country industrial accident prevention had been find out. Furthermore, this paper put forward some reasonable suggestions for the accident prevention work of iron and steel enterprises, and gives the enterprise policy makers some suggestions which useful for China's iron and steel enterprises to provide a reference of prevention.
