With the development of economic globalization,resources shortage and environment pollution problems become more and more prominent,so the sustainable development attracted a wide spread attention from the enterprises and researchers.Green supply chain management has been proposed as a new operation management mode,which can effectively reduce waste,reduce pollution and promote the sustainable development of economy and environment.It has become the most popular topic in modern scientific research and enterprise production and operation management.It also has a huge impact on construction industry,because it is very critical to build the green building supply chain,reduce business operating costs and improve the competitive ability of the organization for construction company.Green building supplier evaluation and selection is an indispensable and crucial part in the process of building green supply chain.However,there are a lot of uncertain,incomplete and inconsistent information in the process of green building supplier selection,which caused decision-making harder for enterprise.Thus,it becomes particularly important how to avoid the information loss and adopt a scientific and effective method to deal with information,evaluation and selection supplier.Therefore,this paper extends the VIKOR method into single-valued neutrosophic environment to deal with information,which can help building enterprise choose the better green building suppliers.Firstly,this paper reviews the existing literature research on green building supply chain and supplier evaluation and selection,and analysis the deficiency existing in the study of literature.Secondly,this paper introduces VIKOR,the neutrosophic set and single-valued neutrosophic set theory.A single-valued neutrosophic set is a special case of neutrosophic set.It has been proposed as a generation of classical sets,fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and so on,in order to deal with complicated information,such as uncertain,imprecise,incomplete and inconsistent information which exists in real world widely.VIKOR method is a kind of multi-criteria decision making methods aimd to find the optimal compromise solutions which could maximize the group utility and minimize the personal regret.On the basis of these theories,this paper extends the VIKOR method into single-valued neutrosophic environment and replaces the subtraction in classical VIKOR method with distance measure of SVNSs combining VIKOR and SVNS skillfully.Then,in order to make up the shortfall of the traditional VIKOR which only considers the relationship between each scheme and the ideal scheme,this paper puts forward the concept of “relative distance” and uses it to measure the relative relationship between each scheme and the best and the worst scheme.After that,we builds the extension VIKOR method evaluation model under singlevalued neutrosophic environment.Finally,a practical example of the selection problem of MM construction company's green supplier is provide to illustrate the application and effectiveness,and points out the direction of further research.
