| With the background of building materials industry promoting structural transformation,building material equipment manufacturing enterprises begin to attach the importance of improving the manufacturing efficiency of complete sets of building materials equipment by enhancing the collaboration ability with suppliers,while improving their research and development level as well manufacturing capacity.They integrate the resources of enterprises and suppliers to achieve efficient cooperation in different manufacturing stages.Therefore,they can achieve the goals of shortening the manufacturing cycle,improving the quality of equipment and reducing costs.Thus,they can enhance the overall competitiveness of building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises.Further,with the increasingly prominent environmental problems,building material equipment manufacturing enterprises start to consider the green attributes of suppliers while selecting supplier to achieve healthy and sustainable development.Therefore,this paper makes a deep study on the green supplier selection of building material equipment manufacturing enterprises from the cooperative perspective.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the cooperative manufacturing process,manufacturing requirements and market environment of building material equipment manufacturing enterprises are stuied.Then,the demand characteristics of building material equipment manufacturing enterprises for green suppliers are analyzed.Finally,green supplier selection strategies for building material equipment manufacturing enterprises are lucubrated from the long-term cooperative perspective and short-term cooperative perspective respectively.(2)A green long-term supplier selection criteria system for building material equipment manufacturing enterprises is established according to the needs of long-term suppliers.And then considering the stable cooperation between enterprises and long-term suppliers,the long-term cooperative effect of prospect events on service level of suppliers in the process of enterprises cooperating with long-term suppliers is analyzed from the long-term cooperative perspective.Based on the analysis,this paper presents a cooperative value calculation model of supplier selection based on the improved prospect theory.Then the weights of decision criteria are obtained by using the two-level AHP method.Finally,the VIKOR method is employed to evaluate the information of long-term cooperative decision-making information to select the optimal long-term supplier.(3)A green short-term selection criteria system for building material equipment manufacturing enterprises is established according to the needs of short-term suppliers.And then considering the characteristics of short-term suppliers′ participation in personalized customization module manufacturing,the influence of synergies between short-term suppliers on the overall service performance of multi-stage short-term supplier combinations is analyzed from the short-term cooperative perspective.Based on the analysis,this paper proposes a short-term supplier combinations selection method.Firstly,alternative suppliers are evaluated in single stage based on the intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory and TOPSIS method.Then considering the cooperative conflict phenomenon between shor-term supplier combinations in the manufacturing process of complete building materials equipment,the model of cooperative degree for short-term supplier combinations is established.Finally,the optimal short-term supplier combination is selected based on the result of single stage supplier evaluation and the cooperative degree of short-term supplier combinations. |
