On a global scale, service penetrates into all aspects of social and economic life, and has became the industry involved the widest scope and the largest proportion. Service industry plays a more and more important role in economic growth,and has became the important force of promoting the national total output growth and the economic sustainable development, which increasingly causes lots of people’s attention. Yunnan, as an important economic province of southwest China, has many location advantages such as a unique geographical location, rich natural resources and colorful ethnic culture, which makes service industry gradually become the motivation of promoting economic development rapidly. With the rapid development of service trade in Yunnan, the competition in service industry is becoming more and more fierce, and people’s consumption level and quality demand level continually enhance, thus famous brand products play an increasingly important role in people’s heart. Famous brand, as a word stand for the characteristics of high quality, high popularity and high benefit, is the embodiment of comprehensive competitiveness of a country, city and the enterprise. Through the effect of famous brand, it can realize reasonable allocation of regional resources, enhance the attraction and cohesion of the city, expand reputation of the region, promote the healthy and sustainable development of regional economy. How to improve the service quality, bring good benefits to enterprises and promote the implementation of the strategy effectively by evaluating the famous brand products of service industry, which has became the focus of service industry in Yunnan province.In view of the existing problems of famous brand products evaluation of service industry of Yunnan province, this paper summarizes the related indicators according to product elements and enterprise elements, based on the researches of literature of service industry famous brand products evaluations and the evaluation model which has been put into use of service industry famous brand products evaluation system in the southeast coast. considered the purpose of service industry famous brand products evaluation, present development situation and characteristics of service industry in Yunnan, the essence of brand products, a set of complete index system is built for service industry famous brand products evaluation of Yunnan province from the perspective of market, quality, efficiency and development four dimensions. At the same time, according to the insufficient in the present study of assessment method,combined with the characteristics of fuzziness and uncertainty in service industry famous brand products evaluation, this article attempts to apply single valued neutrosophic set theory to evaluate the service industry famous brand product. Reference to multiple attribute group decision making theory, then an method based on single valued neutrosophic is developed for evaluating the service industry famous brand products of Yunnan province, and the example is simulated to verify the validity of the evaluation method. Finally, the method is applied to evaluate the tourism famous brand products of Yunnan province in 2014, and the relevant counter measures and suggestions are put forward after analyzing the evaluation results. This method considers not only the uncertainty existing in the evaluation process,but also the different decision makers due to the differences of their own knowledge structure, personal experience and preferences will have different effect on the whole decision, and uses the method of a single valued neutrosophic projection to solve the decision makers weights in group evaluation, which makes the decision results more comprehensively and objectively reflect the opinions of the group.
