During the process of economic transformation, Chinese enetrprises generally face thetalent competition. Staff Motivation is the corporaet management of long-standing problem.How to develop a reasonable employee incentive system to motivate and retain businessprofessionals, give full play to the initiative and creativity of the employees in the process ofbusiness growth is needed to solve the problems faced by corporaet management. Levelemployees of the oil industry has a different working environment and other industryemployees and technical characteristics, become the focus of the management in thedevelopment process of the oil companies, oilifeld work status and work of junior staffeiffciency, which is to maintain the stable development of important oil companies factors, away to solve the above problems is designed for business development staff incentive system.Based on the above background, the Changqing Oilifeld oil as the research object,through interviews and questionnaires, the investigated oil at staff incentive system status quo,Problems and analyze the reasons, and puts forward policy recommendations to optimizeemployee incentive system. Based on the achievements incentives, development incentives,environmental incentives, salary incentives and training learning incentive interviews andanalysis of the ifve areas, Changqing Oilifeld oil at existing employees incentives talent is notstrong sense of respect for employees lack of career development planning, job value notreflected; promotion mechanism is not perfect, work ifxed tedious; salaries and beneiftssystem is not perfect; staff training incentive strength is not enough; limited the role ofcorporaet culture incentive ifve. Perfect salary incentive system, and actively play a positiveincentive effect of the combination of material incentives and mental stimulation, andimprove a wide range of welfare policy, and to develop the right career planning, strengthenstaff training incentive, incentives work environment based on organizational commitment ofcore employees the incentive model aspects of the optimization program.
