Along with the rapid development of our country’s economy, the car which was luxury in 80 s become more and more common in current city’s ordinary family. Its attribution of luxury has faded, but instead of luxury its feature of comfort has been enhanced. Along with the more wealth of material, people will pay more attention to the require of their security, so the insurance has become an indispensable part of our daily life from a "fresh word”. In such a large environment, the car insurance which is the most important department in property insurance will naturally meet its golden time. But as the industry develop, Blue ocean industry has gradually become the Red Sea Industry. As the increasing of competing press and the improvement of consumer’s require, it all amounts to that insurance company need to seek a style with a lower cost. With the homogenization increasing, if one company’s service is more comfortable, it will catch more consumer’s attention. This point is not only the true situation of insurance competing, but also the target that every company wants to research.This paper will begin with the research of marketing strategy. Then we will assay the Internal and external environment of the company and investigate the consumers’ motivation of car insurance. We will guide the consumers’ propensity and improve our position in consumer’s heart through superior products and services combining with the International technology of these resort is used to improve this company’s competition.This paper will emphasize the combination between the fast developing era and today’s science and technology. In our solution, we will use the network technology and the real time communication. By using the new science on traditional marketing channels, we will develop new marketing channel, reduce the company’s cost, enhance the company’s consumer groups. These resort will help us going into consumer’s life more easily,enhance the company’s service and entire strength.
