In this paper, we study the object of the company B is a more typical for software outsourcing enterprise,its business is contained by the offshore development and customer site.Founded more than ten years, increasing the projects, the company scale is expanding year by year, the company size and profits also once reached its peak, in the process, staff overtime and loss proportion also presents the increasing trend, but net profit is in decline for the employees.The emergence of this situation, the reason is various, but the lack of management is one of the most important reason.The point on the issue of B company in recent years to undertake project has made the summary and the analysis,from the perspective of problems can be seen that demand,schedule and quality management problems existing in the proportion is relatively large.Combined with the current status of the yen is still in a lower level, and other software outsourcing enterprise success and failure experience, according to requirements, schedule, quality and cost, etc,the specific improvement scheme is proposed:(1) Optimization of demand nagement. From the perspective of demand management objectives, principles and activities, through to control for the management process,optimize the quality of demand management;(2) Improve the schedule management. Task decomposition reasonably, make a detailed project plan, according to work plan make the schedule,for the project's development to monitor project progress.(3) Strengthen the quality management. Through these efforts, hope to achieve optimal management process, improve the staff's productive, improve project quality, the purpose of improving customer satisfaction.In this paper, combined with the software capability maturity model(CMM) and project management knowledge system, specific analysising and solving some management problems in the field of software outsourcing. Over a period of time in the project practice, improved the managements theory knowledge for software outsourcing project of the B company,at the same time, caused relevant staff focus on the problems for existing in the project management. Reduced the demand for fuzzy caused extra work; In each milestone point in time, ensure the schedule; the number of BUG than before there is a marked decline.Actually,not only B company and a single department of B company, the common problems can be happened for the other software outsourcing enterprises. Through to the above research, i hope can be help the B company project to improve the management, canbe also reference for the other software outsourcing enterprises.
