The Development Strategy Of Innovative Small & Micro Industrial Enterprises In Dalian

Currently,the international economic environment is unstable.The negative effect of international financial and European debt crises is immitigable.The prices of crude oil and other commodity are still in historically low range.Readjusting industrial structure,especially optimizing industrial distribution,encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation,promoting private economy and small & micro economy,building a new engine of economy are crucial driving force while the growth rate of China's economy has been slowing down since 2008.Dalian's economic development,especially the industrial economy development,has playing a leading role in the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base.By highly relying on large central enterprises and investment,the high economic growth of Dalian may not be sustainable.For example,the first negative industrial increment occurs in 2015.Therefore,the,comprehensive development of innovative small & micro industrial enterprises,development strategy keep development pace with the times and become the new economic growth point in Dalian,is the urgent problem need to be solved at present.For making practical development strategy of innovative small & micro industrial enterprises in Dalian,Firstly,this thesis researches the theory of innovative enterprises,small & micro enterprises,and industrial enterprises.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the domestic and international environment of development and the situation of innovative small & micro Industrial Enterprises in Dalian,this thesis analyses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the innovative small & micro industrial enterprises in Dalian by using SWOT analysis method,and builds the SWOT matrix,and makes strategic positioning.Thirdly,this thesis discusses the guiding ideology,the development goal,the development direction,the key points of development and the strategic feasibility of the development strategy.Finally,the thesis recommends the safeguard measures for the development strategy of innovative small & micro industrial enterprises in Dalian.
