| Following the world main development mode, Chinese government highly enhances the nation’s innovation, for promoting China’s economic restructuring and change of the economic growth pattern, enhancing competitiveness in the international market, and obtaining the competitive edge of sustainable development. Technology innovation strategy is an eternal topic for modern enterprises and an important part of enterprises development strategy. As the innovation principal part of the innovative nation and basic guarantee for the steady growth of regional economy, innovative enterprises should be more emphasising on making a correct choice on technology innovation strategy.It is not easy for the regional enterprises to make a proper and effective choice on innovative mode,for the multitude factors that could influence the choice. Dalian is a vice provincial city, and there are12enterprises judged as the national innovative enterprises. Basing on a system view, this thesis makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the influencing factors for the choice of Dalian enterprises innovative mode, and analyses a typical enterprises for making a useful exporing on the choice of technological innovative strategy by Dalian innovative enterprises.By combining the research method of theoretical and empirical study, this thesis firstly explains the relative theory of innovative enterprises and technological innovative strategy, lays special stress on analysing the types of technological innovative strategy and the infuencing factors for the choice of the strategy, and based on this, makes quantitative analysis by using statistical and cluster analysis method. Finally, this thesis chooses a typical private enterprise—Dalian Guangyang techology LTD. as the analyse case, evaluating and analysing the basic factors that influence its choice of technological strategy, and obtains its choice and rationale, for examing the feasibility and practicability of the choice evaluating method. |
