Performance assessment is the process of identifying and assessing the performance of the organization's employees.It is also an important task in the actual human resources management work.It is also an important indicator of personnel reward and punishment,staff training and staffing.Incentive is an important basis for corporate vision and strategic objectives can be effectively achieved an important foundation.The perfect performance assessment mechanism is of great significance to enhance the human resource management,improve the enterprise performance and enhance the enterprise competitiveness.And it is the important link between bank and customer.The performance of account manager is an important factor to affect the financial market share of commercial bank and bank's economic profit.So how to scientifically and rationally evaluate the performance of client manager,The creativity and enthusiasm of the account manager is the focus of the current banking research.Based on this,this paper combines the theory of performance assessment and the status quo of client manager performance assessment of Lanzhou Branch of Bank X,and optimizes the performance assessment mechanism of X-bank Lanzhou Branch.This paper first investigates the status quo of the performance appraisal system of X-bank Lanzhou Branch,and analyzes its existing problems and causes.According to the existing problems,combining with the theory of performance appraisal,it optimizes and re-designs the current client manager performance evaluation mechanism,After the design of the practical application of the security measures for the Bank of Lanzhou Lanzhou Branch to improve the performance appraisal system to provide reference.
