Study On Performance Management Based On Balance Score Card

To succeed in the market competition, an important terms is to scientifically manage the performance of enterprise. Enterprises require an effective system of performance management in order to restrain the disadvantages of traditional performance and cope with the market competition. The Balance Score Card (BSC) performance management supplies strong support to enterprises , which can let enterprises adapt to the changing market environment.The thesis analyses the study of BSC actuality in domestic and overseas on the first. It summarizes the shortcomings of our enterprises performance management systems. On this basis, the thesis analyses the use of BSC performance management in our enterprises and expounds the process and the important questions when our enterprises apply the BSC. Second, through analysing examples, the thesis summarizes their experiences and supplies some useful suggestions. At the last, it draws some conclusions and puts forward some questions which need to be researched in the next study.
