For the finance which has data attributes naturally,the Internet thinking and data decision has begun to embed the whole process of management.Big data is "deep learning" in essence,that can provide comprehensive,accurate and real-time decision-making information support for banks.At the same time,with the coming of the era of big data,people put forward higher requirements for the banks' and customer managers' management mode and service concept.Banks will strengthen precision management and provide personalized service and also diversify the marketing mode.In the past,finance is designed for the industrial age,that is scaled and standardized.But in the future finance will enter to the era of intelligent,personalized and customized.Customer managers' marketing mode is no longer based on the experience marketing of a single customer,but based on the "accurate marketing" of the date mining analysis,Accurate marketing can make the products and service more targeted,especially in the side of customer segmentation and customer demand analysis,etc.Thus the customer manager job performance will be greatly improved.In the term of performance management,customer managers' performance appraisal is the key of the agribusiness bank performance management,and also play a very important role to promote the development of the agribusiness banks business.Big data can achieve customer managers' "precision assessment" and "precise statistics".DM analysis of the past performance data can establish a more oriented and elaborate index system and assessment standards for the customer managers.We can establish a unified data platform obtaining the data of performance indicators directly,instead of the New Reference mode,which can not only avoid inconsistent data caliber and artificial error effectively,but also improve the credibility and instantaneity of data.That can realize accurate statistics and analysis of the customer manager performance.In this background,this paper takes the customer manager of Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,discussing the bank present situation,future development trend and problems existing in the current performance evaluation system of customer manager,clearing the Optimization direction of account manager performance evaluation system,put forward index design ideas and methods which reflect the bank development strategy and conform characteristics of the bank,constructing Account Manager Performance Indicator System.At last,using the network analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index and based on the grounded theory to verify this index system,“According to the performance reward income” and “more work more income” must be practicable.This paper meeting the development trend of big data era,stimulateing the enthusiasm of customer manager further.At the same time,enhancing the level of bank efficiency and has a strong guiding significance to the bank.
