When the development of economic,social,cultural,scientific and technological has become to a certain extent,there will be a matching with the emergence of modern urban commercial complex.The difference of social background,the difference of economic environment and the difference of urban development will inevitably bring about the characteristics and possibilities of modern urban commercial complex.At present,the construction of modern city commercial complex domestic use "blossom everywhere" to describe the theory field of All flowers bloom together.The advent of electronic commerce,has completely overturned the traditional business thinking mode.And control mode and operating form of Electronic Commerce on the traditional commercial impact has become increasingly prominent,so industry change also means to adjust the pattern of interests.Taobao,Jingdong,such as the rise of various colored electricity supplier shopping site,a huge impact on the traditional department store model.Although the electricity supplier has not yet been in line with the traditional business in the forefront of high-end brand stores to form a positive impact,but the conduction of pressure,but has made the industry felt the tremor.Compared with the traditional business thinking,thinking is a snobbish and ruthless business,therefore,facing the traditional commercial complex is the upgrade problem or is the problem of existence,a lot of scholars for the transformation of the commercial complex has launched a lot of research.This article will cater to the hot market,select the DSHC commercial complex in Zhengzhou as the research object,and further explore its transformation and upgrading strategy.In this paper,based on the analysis of the theoretical background of commercial complex,and further combined with the transformation and upgrading of commercial complex theory,the paper makes comprehensive analysis of the transformation and upgrading of DSHC commercial complex.Among them,the analysis of the current situation of DSHC commercial complex consists mainly of formats,traffic and consumers to conduct a comprehensive analysis,based on the analysis of the present situation,further analysis based on the DSHC commercial complex customer business which needs on the business model of the commercial complex.Then the paper puts forward the transformation of the commercial complex upgrade strategy.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis,and the questionnaire survey,the conclusion of this paper becomes more scientific and practical significance,and theoretical basis is also becoming more fully.Generally speaking,the conclusion of the study has important significance on the transformation of similar DSHC commercial complex.The main conclusions of this paper include:(1)The transformation of the commercial complex upgrading theory,this article mainly from the basic concept,classification,comprehensive analysis to upgrade mode function,influence,provide basis for the empirical analysis of the following DSHC commercial complex business model analysis.(2)Analysis of DSHC Commercial comprehensive embodiment shape,mainly includes analyzing the background,format,passenger and consumers,through the analysis of the status of empirical business model of commercial complex.(3)The empirical analysis of the business model of DSHC commercial complex,is mainly from the business needs of customers,the construction of the business model of the commercial complex of the business model of the empirical analysis of two.(4)DSHC commercial complex transformation and upgrading strategy,mainly based on the conclusions of empirical research,puts forward the corresponding transformation upgrade strategy,mainly includes three aspects of the internal management optimization strategy from fusion of commercial activitie.
