In recent years,in the trend of increasingly competitive soc ial and economic environment and time of “people-oriented”,the human,material and financial costs put by enterprises in human resources management are getting higher and higher,and the competition between enterprises increasingly evolves into the compet ition of human resources,and the talent competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.As the viable flowable elements,Employees are related to the development prospects of enterprises,but the declination of employees' loyalty and employee turnover have become a common phenomenon.The continuous loss of staff will give enterprises a certain negative impact,weakening the market competitiveness of the enterprises and restricting its sustainable development.It is the focus and difficult problems in enterprises' human resources work that how to effectively manage the human resources of enterprises and how to establish a benign and healthy staff mobility system.Based on the results of previous theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employee loyalty inclination and the enhancing countermeasures in H group from the perspective of human resource management and the micro perspective of H group,using the method of combining the theoretical research and empirical re search.The research ideas of this paper are divided into three levels: First,this paper study the scientific connotation of employees' loyalty and the importance of enhancing the employees' loyalty from the analysis of domestic and foreign background and theoretical research,which provides theoretical basis for further study and discussion of enhancing the employees' loyalty in H group.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo,problems and influencing factors of employees' loyalty in H group by means of questionnaire and individual interviews,and provides empirical cases basis for further study and enhancing the employees' loyalty in H group.Finally,based on the relevant theory of employees' loyalty evaluation,this paper systematically provides targeted strategies and recommendations for enhancing the employees' loyalty in H group from the aspects of corporate culture,corporate system,recruitment and training,compensation benefits,corporate leadership and so on by means of normative analysis,which provides reference for implementing the human management,strengthening the construction of staff and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of application.Through the investigation and analysis of the loyalty inclination and influencing factors of the employees in H group,combining with the modern management,human resource management theory and the status quo of the company and with the humanized management measures to increase the attraction of the enterprises to the employees,this paper put forward relevant recommendations and countermeasures to enhance employees' loyalty,which achieves the combination of management theory and practice and has a certain degree of operability an d practical value.
