The paper expounded relevant theory of the core staff loyalty,developed questionnaire according to the Influencing factors of the core staff loyalty analyzed above and information obtained from practical enterprise interviews.The survey was conducted in the enterprises selected from Suzhou for analyzing difference of the core staff loyalty influencing factors between State-owned,Private and Overseas-funded enterprise.Results of statistical analysis Of data were as follows.Core staff of three kinds of enterprises thought that 10 most important factors include more than 8 same factors.Satisfaction levels about the 8 same factors were significantly different among the core staffs of three kinds of enterprises.And the satisfaction level basically match the regulation that satisfaction level of State-owned enterprises was higher than that of Private enterprises, and that of Private enterprises was higher than that of Overseas-funded enterprise.Three kinds of enterprises have different loyalty factors to strengthen.And Overseas-funded enterprises,most of which are Taiwan-funded enterprises,with the lowest core staff loyalty compared with the other two kinds of enterprises,need to strengthen all aspects of motivation measures completely.Based on the study results,I make separate suggestions for three kinds of enterprises to improve the core staff loyalty,hoping they are useful for improving core staff loyalty in these enterprises.
