Research On Modular Quality Influence Effect Of The Service-oriented Manufacturing Network

The Service-oriented manufacturing network is a new manufacturing mode,which is produced from traditional manufacturing mode under the background of he modular production process,the division of business processes,services and manufacturing phase,the market and customer demand diversification.According to the relevant literature and knowledge,related research results,combined with practical application background,the article follows train of thought that“Modular quality analysis of SMN —Finding out the key factors of modular quality of SMN —Establishing the influence mechanism conceptual mode of modular quality of SMN —The empirical analysis”,the specific research objectives are as follows:(1)According to the specific characteristics of the service-oriented manufacturing network,making the characteristic analysis of modular quality of SMN from three aspects: adaptive cooperation,contracts coordination,modular coordination.(2)Finding out the key factors of modular quality of SMN.First,summarizing the influence factors of the service-oriented manufacturing network;and summarizing the key factors that affect the quality of each modular,in order to establish the corresponding index system and the next step of analysis.(3)According to the specific characteristics and the key factors of modular quality of the service-oriented manufacturing network,selecting the appropriate research methods to establishing the influence effect conceptual mode of modular quality of SMN: the modular quality transfer model based on SEM of service-oriented manufacturing network.(4)The empirical research.Design questionnaire,making the training and test data with AMOS software of the established structural equation model.According to the output,It is concluded that the quality transfer effect of four value modules of SMN.This study contributes a new perspective which will help the service-oriented manufacturing network to better understand the quality influence and the function relationship among the different value quality in a SMN,and find out its advantages and disadvantages to improve competitiveness.The specific quality influence relationship of four value modules of SMN is as follows: productive service module and service production module both have obvious interaction on quality,productive service module and service production module has obvious positive quality transfer effect on serviceintegration module and customer service module,service integration module also has positive quality relationship with customer service module.And in the whole mode,the interaction effect,between productive service module and service production module is the most obvious.
