| Along with acceleration of globalization,competition of products and services in different regions,countries and throughout the world has been intensified.Frequent breakout of regional political black swan events,including General Election in the US and acceleration of the Brexit process,have aggravated the grim economic conditions.In order to speed up cross-country and cross-regional economic integration and increase confidence in the global economic recovery,the aviation logistics industry has been put on the agenda by different countries because of its important role in boosting regional economic development and integration.Besides,aviation logistics also plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the regional airport economic development and quicken the urban economic transformation.China is known as the largest commodity trader and the second largest civil aviation market.To speed up the development process of its inland aviation logistics will undoubtedly reinvigorate the global economy.Nanchang Airport Economic Zone is an important link in the strategic chain of“Yangtze River Economic Belt—Poyanghu Lake Ecological City Clusters—Ganjiang New District—Nanchang Metropolis”,and a strategic point of the “B&R” initiative.In developing logistics aviation,Nanchang Airport Economic Zone has been benefited greatly from its policy and geographical advantages.As a major industry of Ganjiang New District,development of the aviation logistics can decide whether Nanchang Airport Economic Zone can catch up with the development level of the neighboring provinces strategically and also influence the process of Nanchang's international trade.As an important driving force of Jiangxi ' s regional economic development,development of the local aviation logistics of Nanchang Airport Economic Zone will be an important research focus.This paper combines literature review,system analysis,comparative analysis,qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,interview and investigation,and turns to analysis methods,including SWOT,Michael Porter ' s Five Forces Model,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and VAR model.First,the theoretical research status of aviation logistics both at home and abroad is systematically summarized.Based on a thorough literature,relevant theories of aviation logistics are expounded,with development connotation and development modes pointed out.Second,development experiences of Zhengzhou Airport,Wuhan Airport Economic Zone,US MemphisInternational Airport and Incheon International Airport are analyzed.Third,development environment of aviation logistics of Nanchang Airport Economic Zone is introduced.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is combined to come to the conclusion that ST(strengths-threats)strategy should be adopted during the development process of aviation logistics to alleviate or eliminate negative influence caused by external threats relying on its own strengths.Fourth,the VAR model is adopted to conduct impulse response and variance decomposition of critical factors influencing development of aviation logistics.Then,it comes to the conclusion that AM(aircraft movements)and IE(total import and export volume)have a huge influence on development of aviation logistics,while influence of PI(per capita income)has a slight influence on development of aviation logistics.Meanwhile,the cargo throughput of Nanchang Airport Economic Zone is predicted on a short-term basis.Finally,based on research findings of the development environment and influencing factors of aviation logistics of Nanchang Airport Economic Zone,development objectives,path and corresponding measures are formulated for Nanchang Airport Economic Zone from the perspective of the aviation logistics industrial chain,software and hardware construction,improvement of the supply chain,strengthening of the regional cooperation,and intensification of government support. |
