Research On The Impact Of Urbanization Development On Employment Structure In Gansu Province

Since China's reform and opening up,rapid of the development of urbanization in China is quickly.The numbers of cities and towns are increase and the scale of cities and towns is bigger and bigger.Urbanization and economic development have a function to push each other.And the development of the urbanization is the process of employment structure adjustment.In recent years,the urbanization development speed,the people's living standards continue to improve in Gansu province.But the adjustment of employment structure still lag behind the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,lagging behind the urbanization development speed.In 2016,the national 13 th Five-Year Plan put forward,and the development in the process of urbanization,under the premise of going in to inventory,production capacity,to solve the employment problem,achieve the goal of stable employment.In the context of this reality,this paper studies urbanization impact on employment in Gansu province,try to discusses the relationship between urbanization and employment.This paper firstly combed the related literature at home and abroad.This paper firstly combed the related literature at home and abroad.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the mechanism of urbanization impact on employment,and the urbanization of the two aspects of positive and negative effects of obtain employment,to study the effect of urbanization on employment path.Next this paper deals with Gansu province urbanization and employment of horizontal and vertical comparative analysis.This will make us have a certain understanding about the basic situation of urbanization and employment in Gansu province.Then,From two aspects of total employment and the employment structure,use Eviews software and the data of 1978-2015 to Cointegration and related inspection,the establishment of the VAR model,impulse response analysis and variance analysis,in-depth study the specific influence to the employment of urbanization in Gansu province.Resules show that the development of urbanization have positive influence on employment.Finally combining the above analysis,put forward to optimize the industrial structure,improve the social security system construction,improve the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the human capital investment,and increasing public spending.
