Research On The Energy Efficiency Credit Of Urban Commercial Banks Under EMC Model

Environment problem is increasingly serious today,green finance gradually becomes a strategic thought that global investment and financing must take it into account.The green credit is one of the first international green finance business to carry out a task,and its system and development of product are relatively perfect.Green credit enters the stage of comprehensive development in 2012,CBRC proposed the ?Green credit guidelines?and ?Credit guidelines of energy efficiency? in 2012 and 2015,gave priority to the Energy management contract,encouraged banks and other financial institutions strengthen EMC credit business,developed the energy conservation service industry.The G20 Summit suggests research on how to put more fund into the green industry,by the methods of loan,discount and guarantees,depending on our reality in China.Urban commercial bank is under the pressure of the traditional saving-loan rate spread and economic downturn,which currently focus on how to plan the development of green credit,promote regional economic transformation.This article takes the practice of energy efficiency credit in the bank of Jiangsu for instance to expound this argument,summarizes its basic situation and green credit practice,reorganizes the key energy efficiency credit projects that it is recently in motion.Compared with the practice of the domestic large green banks,put forward the necessity of the development of credit business of energy efficiency and problems for urban commercial bank,at present,there is a lack of effective incentive mechanism,insufficiency of risk judgement,and imperfect organizational structure,according to the advantages and disadvantages of urban commercial bank,propose the gradual green credit plan,build own financial service system,and expand the research on innovation strategy of energy efficiency credit in urban commercial bank.
