The Study Of The Urban Village Improvement Will Under The Perspective Of The Floating Population In Beijing

With the process of urbanization,urban expansion will take up a large number of rural areas.China's long-term implementation of dual system leads to most of the rural construction where the area did not enter the urban system,thus exists in the special form-"city village ".Urban village become a habitat of floating population when they enter the city.At present,many cities in China have been carried out the work of urban village renovation,and had some certain achievements.But most of the urban village reconstruction is mainly based on material construction,and long-term ignorance in terms of the rights of floating population.The current way of planning concept and the transformation still has less concerned about the floating population.Therefore,it is necessary to pay enough attention and respect of the floating population who lives in the urban village.From the perspective of floating population,this paper studies on the current situation of the urban village at first,through the four aspects which contains "people,land,housing,travel ",and summarizes the reasons which combined with the urban village evolution;The paper then analyzes the floating population,including the spatial distribution in Beijing,the behavior content and social networks,etc.,and points out the urban village floating population live is a complicated ecological system;And based on the urban village survey data of the floating population in Beijing,2015,the paper analyzes the problems and challenges from the views of the floating population's commuter status,social integration and family trend.Analysis results show that floating population who live in different urban villages appeared different separation of workplace and residence.The urban village residents recognize the contributions of the floating population,but they also have contradictions in their lives.The floating population are willing to stay in Beijing,but life is hard.Family migration trend is obviously and has raised higher demands on the village;Finally,the paper summarizes the urban village development's principles and strategies,andindicates it's essentials in order to develop urban village from three aspects: overall planning,detailed planning and urban design.The overall urban planning contains the overall goal from the city,urban functional properties,mode of urban development,urban land structure,transportation system and facilities layout.The detailed planning contains the construction and development control,traffic facilities,living space,public space and landscape style and features.In addition,the urban design contains public facilities configuration,the highlights of city identity and environmental space design.Through the urban planning system,this paper research is to explore a feasible way for the improvement of urban villages.It is the deep research on “people-oriented” concept and connotative development requirements focusing on the problems in urban village from the floating population perspective.Only concern the human nature into the practice of urban planning and design,so as to achieve the development of the urban village in Beijing,this research can truly reflect the people's respect and care.
