Factor Dependence And Path Expansion Of China's Industrial Upgrading From The Perspective Of Global Value Chain

With the development of economic integration in the context of globalization and the deepening of international division of labor,the boundaries of the international division of labor from product level,industry level evolved into the value chain level,this undoubtedly provides an opportunity for our country to embed in the global value chain.At the same time the comparative advantage of resources and labor in our country is gradually weakening,these make our country at a disadvantage in international competition.As an important factor in economic growth,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the most important point in the economic structural reform.If we want to fundamentally change the mode of economic development and improve the competitiveness of China's industry,we must speed up the optimization of industrial structure,we must comprehensively and scientifically analyze the dependent factors of industrial structure,as well as the mechanism of each dependency on the industrial structure.These can scientifically analyze China's industrial structure and provide a reasonable and effective basis for optimizing and upgrading.Therefore,through the global value chain theory to study the upgrading of our country industrial structure it can improve the ranking in the value chain and has a great significance on international competitiveness.In view of this,based on the global value chain perspective,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of China's industrial upgrading from the height of industrial structure,the rationalization of industrial structure and the sustainable development of industrial structure.Based on the data from 2006 to 2015,the AHP method was used to analyze the industrial upgrading,and we performed principal component regression analysis on the dependent elements of industrial upgrading,such as labor,market consumption,capital,high technology,systems,trade and so on.Finally,based on the Analysis of the Current Situation of Industrial Upgrading in China,the research on evaluation index system and the dependence factors of industrial upgrading,this paper gives four constructive advices to speed up the upgrading of China's industry from the perspective of globalization.The results show that: in recent years in China,the upgrading of industrial structure is on the rise.And human capital,science and technology development,government policy,the level of market consumption,energy efficiency in varying degrees affect the transformation of China's economic development mode.Among these,the human capital and technology level is the key to China's industrial upgrading,the degree of marketization,fiscal policy and energy efficiency are important support.In the perspective of the global value chain,China should promote the upgrading of the industry by improving the investment of education and science and technology,training the skilled workers and improving the high and new technology level.
