Lu xun once said: don't innovation,it is so difficult to survive.With the rapid growth of China's economy,China's commercial banks experienced a decade of rapid development of the golden period,the business indicators close to or even catch up with the international industry.Market-oriented reform and Internet technology gradually in-depth financial industry,the banking industry has been the traditional mode of operation...how to maintain the sustainable development of banking and performance to become China's commercial banks need to solve the problem.Therefore,China's commercial banks need to change through innovation to promote development.Based on the basic theory of the organizational structure of commercial banks and the experience of reform and development of commercial banks both at home and abroad,this paper studies the progress and current situation of the Minsheng Bank and Qingdao Branch from the perspective of Minsheng Bank Qingdao Branch.The internal environment,summed up the effectiveness of reform and problems,put forward measures to improve.Minsheng Bank Qingdao Branch in the cause of the reform although the promotion of smooth,but also exposed some problems,such as the risk management system is not perfect,internal accounting and performance evaluation system lag,the bank internal management is not perfect and so on.The Minsheng Bank Qingdao Branch should learn from the experience of organizational structure change of domestic and foreign commercial banks,respond to the problems in the reform process actively,and adjust the objectives and measures of the reform,adjust and improve the risk management system,business management process,information system,performance Assessment and evaluation system construction,management team,and strive to Minsheng Bank Division to create a good internal and external conditions for the reform of the smooth completion of the provision of protection.It is hoped that through the study of the reform of Minsheng Bank and Qingdao Branch,it will provide reference for the reform of commercial banking system in China.
