With the rapid development of economic globalization.The International Air Transport Association?IATA?predicts that by 2024 China will become the world's largest aviation market.In order to meet the huge capacity needs,China's civil aviation industry has introduced a large number of aircrafts,including nearly 30% of operating-lease penetration.The period of operating-lease is shorter,generally 58 years.Therefore,in the next two decades,China's civil aviation industry will usher in a wave of redelivery,while,domestic research on aircraft redelivery projects is rare.Therefore,it's quite necessary to study the decision-making of the aircraft redelivery.Based on the analysis and summary of domestic aircraft redelicery process the factors of the redelivery decision,and the study of the aircraft lease life-cycle cost of the decision scheme,finally,the cost items that affect the decision-making of redelivery are identified,which are rent and maintenance cost.This paper set up a model to estimate the residual value of the aircraft,by studying the relationship between aircraft residual calue and rent,the calculation model of the operating lease rent is constructed.And study the maintenance cost of aircraft operating lease of the main maintenance items,The maintenance-cost-estimation models of the aircraft “Airframe”,“ENG&LLP” and the“LG&APU” are established.The total maintenance cost estimation model of the aircraft is obtained.Then,LCCLite is builded,which is a simplified model for the life-cycle-cost of the decision-making scheme.Finally,through the case study of LCCLite and cost-benefit evaluation of two decision-making schemes for operating leasing aircraft,the optimal decision-making plan for specific rental environment is obtained.According to the algorithm in this paper,a software of the aircraft's decision-making is designed and developed,which avoids the complicated calculation process and improves the work efficiency greatly.Through this study,it can help the airline to make a valid,low-cost and can create a higher profit margin decision-making scheme.
