Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Agricultural Scientific Research Project Management

At present,research institutions in china are facing with increasing challenges.Among them,research project management is an important and urgent issue.But the corresponding reform results of it are not significant.Moreover,it is difficult to monitor and measure the research project in terms of quality,schedule and cost.Especially in agricultural research projects,the uncontrollable ability of these factors is more prominent.This paper established the effective evaluation mechanism of project management for scientific research project by literature analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method can systematically deal with not only decision-making problems with multiple quantitative and qualitative factors but also the uncertainties of decision factors.The evaluation system determined the weight of each index and selected A agricultural research as a case for study.By evaluating the eight agricultural scientific research projects,we demonstrated the effectiveness of the evaluation system from the project by contrasting the scores from project evaluation and national financial funds.We found that the monograph level,social benefit and index of technological innovation are important for scientific research project management.Then we put forward suggestions for the management of scientific research projects,and provided the model and theory basis for the evaluation of scientific research project management.Furthermore,we pointed out that the research should strengthen the innovation of research method and the verification of data in the future.
